This Privacy & Cookie Policy describes how Broadway Salon North Park LLC, doing business as Broadway Podcast Studios ("Broadway Podcast Studios," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares personal information when you visit www.broadwaypodcaststudios.com (the "Site"), book studio time with us, or otherwise interact with our business. It also serves as our Notice at Collection for California residents under the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act ("CCPA/CPRA").

1. Information We Collect

We collect the following categories of personal information:

Information you give us directly. When you book a studio session, contact us, or sign a rental agreement, we collect identifiers and related information such as your name, email address, phone number, business or podcast name, booking date/time and session details, and the contents of messages you send us (including email to bookings@broadwaypodcaststudios.com).

Payment information. Bookings require a deposit and payment by credit or debit card. Card payments are processed by our third-party payment processor; we do not store full card numbers on our own systems. As disclosed in our rental agreement, a card authorization may be retained in connection with damage/equipment protection for your session.

Information collected automatically. When you use the Site, we and our service providers automatically collect internet activity information via cookies, pixels, and similar technologies: IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed, referring URL, approximate location (city/region), and how you interact with the Site. See Section 5 (Cookies & Tracking Technologies) for details.

Information from other platforms. If you book through partner platforms such as Peerspace or Giggster, we receive the booking details you provide to those platforms. Their handling of your information is governed by their own privacy policies.

We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal information (such as government ID numbers, precise geolocation, or health information), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16.

2. How We Use Personal Information

We use personal information to: process and manage studio bookings, deposits, and payments; communicate with you about your session; provide customer support; operate, secure, and improve the Site; understand how visitors use the Site (analytics); market and advertise our studios, including measuring ad performance and showing you relevant ads on other platforms; enforce our rental agreement and protect our equipment and facilities; and comply with legal obligations.

3. How We Share Personal Information

We do not sell personal information for money. We share personal information with:

Service providers that help us run the business — payment processors, booking/scheduling software, website hosting, email, and customer-communication tools. These providers may only use your information to provide services to us.

Advertising and analytics partners. We use Google (Google Tag Manager / Google Analytics) and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) technologies on the Site. These tools may collect identifiers and internet-activity information via cookies and pixels for analytics and advertising purposes. Under California law, this disclosure to advertising partners may be considered "sharing" of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. You have the right to opt out — see Section 6 and the "Your Privacy Choices" link in our website footer.

Legal and safety. We may disclose information when required by law, to enforce our agreements, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Broadway Salon North Park LLC, Broadway Podcast Studios, our clients, or others.

Business transfers. If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, personal information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

4. CCPA Categories Disclosure (Last 12 Months)

In the preceding 12 months we have collected the following categories of personal information as defined by the CCPA: (A) Identifiers (name, email, phone, IP address); (B) Customer records (payment card information processed by our payment processor, booking records); (D) Commercial information (bookings, transactions); (F) Internet or network activity (browsing and interaction data via cookies/pixels); and (G) Approximate geolocation (city/region inferred from IP address). We collect these from you directly, automatically from your device, and from partner booking platforms. We use them for the business purposes in Section 2, we "share" categories A, F, and G with advertising partners as described in Section 3, and we retain them as described in Section 8.

5. Cookies & Tracking Technologies

Cookies are small text files stored on your device. We use the following types:

Strictly necessary cookies. Required for the Site and booking flow to function (e.g., session management, security, remembering your cookie preferences). These cannot be switched off.

Analytics cookies. Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics help us understand Site traffic and usage so we can improve the Site. Data collected includes pages visited, time on site, device/browser information, and approximate location.

Advertising cookies & pixels. The Meta (Facebook) Pixel and related Google advertising features may be used to measure the effectiveness of our advertising and to show you relevant ads for our studios on other websites and social platforms.

Cookie lifespans range from the duration of your browsing session up to approximately 24 months. You can manage cookies through the "Your Privacy Choices" link in our footer, through your browser settings (blocking or deleting cookies), and through industry opt-outs at optout.aboutads.info. You can also install the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.

6. Your California Privacy Rights

If you are a California resident, you have the following rights, subject to certain exceptions:

Right to Know/Access — request the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you, and how we use and share it.

Right to Delete — request that we delete personal information we collected from you.

Right to Correct — request that we correct inaccurate personal information.

Right to Opt Out of Sale/Sharing — opt out of the "sharing" of your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. Use the "Your Privacy Choices — Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" link in our website footer, or contact us as described below. We also honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signal as a valid opt-out request.

Right to Limit Use of Sensitive Personal Information — we do not use sensitive personal information for purposes requiring this right.

Right to Non-Discrimination — we will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights.

To exercise your rights, email bookings@broadwaypodcaststudios.com with the subject line "Privacy Request," or write to us at the address in Section 10. We will verify your request using information associated with your booking or inquiry (such as your name and email address). You may designate an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf; we may require proof of the agent's authority. We will respond within 45 days (extendable by an additional 45 days where permitted).

7. Do Not Track & Global Privacy Control

Some browsers transmit "Do Not Track" (DNT) signals; because no common industry standard for DNT exists, we do not respond to DNT signals. We do honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, which California law recognizes as a valid opt-out of sale/sharing: when we detect GPC, we treat your browser as opted out of advertising cookies and sharing.

8. Data Retention

We keep personal information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above: booking and transaction records are generally kept for up to 7 years for accounting, tax, and legal purposes; inquiry emails for up to 2 years; and analytics data per the retention settings of our analytics providers (typically 2–26 months). When information is no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it.

9. Security & Changes to This Policy

We use commercially reasonable safeguards to protect personal information, including processing payments through PCI-compliant processors. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. We may update this Policy from time to time; the "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent version, and material changes will be posted on this page.

10. Contact Us

California residents may opt out of the "sharing" of personal information with advertising partners for cross-context behavioral advertising. To submit an opt-out request:

• Email bookings@broadwaypodcaststudios.com with the subject line "Do Not Sell or Share — Opt Out Request."
• Enable the Global Privacy Control (GPC) in a supported browser or extension — we honor GPC automatically.
• Use industry opt-outs at optout.aboutads.info to opt out of interest-based advertising across participating advertising partners.
